Hi Steven, I’m a retired Birkonian living in Richmond, Surrey. To keep me reasonably compos mentis, I’m pursuing the odd piece of historical research, the latest of which is related to Merseyside Sectarianism and some aspects relating to my home town. This is a long winded way of saying that I’ve included your depiction of the 1819 riot in my text, suitably acknowledged.
I won’t be publishing anything commercially, just circulating amongst friends and family and maybe seeking an academic outlet but just in case you Google in the future and come upon it, I wanted to let you know what I was up to.
    Regards and Happy New Year.
    Brendan
